Yes. All our packages include revision rounds — the number depends on your package. Professional and above include unlimited revisions. We don't consider a project done until you're 100% happy.

Yes. For web projects you get access to a staging environment from week 2 onwards. For design projects, you see each phase before we move to the next. No surprises — we keep you in the loop throughout.

For design: your business name, what you do, target audience, any existing brand assets, and examples of styles you like. For web: your goals, sitemap, content, and any brand assets. We'll guide you through everything in the discovery call.

You do. 100%. Upon final payment you receive full commercial usage rights to all deliverables. Files are yours forever. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio, but this can be waived with an NDA.

Yes. While based in South Africa, we work with clients across Africa, UK, USA, and beyond. All payments accepted in ZAR, USD, GBP or EUR via bank transfer or PayPal.

Absolutely. Many of our projects are brand extensions, redesigns, or applying an existing identity to new media. Share what you have and we'll work from there.

Our preferred stack is Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS + PostgreSQL for custom sites. WordPress/WooCommerce for CMS-heavy or e-commerce projects. Shopify for high-volume e-commerce. We always choose the right tool for the job.

We don't sell hosting, but we help you set it up. For Next.js sites we recommend Vercel or a VPS. For WordPress we recommend SiteGround or a managed WordPress host. We handle the full deployment and DNS setup as part of the project.
