Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging TechTur Solutions for any service, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all graphic design and web development services provided by TechTur Solutions.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are released. For projects exceeding R20,000 a milestone payment schedule may be agreed in writing.

Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Work may be paused on accounts 14+ days overdue.

3. Revisions

Revision rounds are as specified in your package. Revisions are changes within the agreed scope. New concepts or significant scope changes may be quoted separately.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to all deliverables. TechTur Solutions retains the right to display work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless a written NDA is in place.

Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, icons) included in deliverables remain subject to their respective licences, which will be disclosed.

5. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client feedback delays, change requests, or force majeure are not the responsibility of TechTur Solutions. We will communicate proactively about any timeline changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback. Delays in providing required materials will extend project timelines accordingly.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project. NDA agreements available on request.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechTur Solutions liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Work completed to that point is invoiced at the agreed hourly rate or pro-rated project fee. The deposit is non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
